Our Founder’s Story
Sawai Homes’ founder, Susanna, fulfilled her own dream by moving to Spain seven years ago and building a new life under the Mediterranean sun. A love for her work, an interest in architecture, and a passion for interior design have followed her throughout the journey – and they are reflected in the way Susanna helps her clients find the home that is just right for them.
Susanna knows the Costa del Sol exceptionally well and draws on her own experience of living in Spain. Buying a property abroad is often one of life’s biggest investments, both financially and emotionally, which is why client satisfaction, a safe purchasing process and genuine care are at the core of her work.
Her goal now is to help others make their dreams come true, just as she has done herself.

Sawai Homes on suomalaisomisteinen kiinteistönvälitysyritys, joka on auttanut asiakkaitaan löytämään unelmakotinsa Espanjan Aurinkorannikolta vuodesta 2021 alkaen. Intohimomme on auttaa asiakkaitamme löytämään uusi koti, loma-asunto tai sijoituskohde Välimeren auringon alta.

Perustajamme tarina
Sawai Homesin perustaja Susanna on itse toteuttanut unelmansa muuttamalla Espanjaan seitsemän vuotta sitten ja rakentamalla uuden elämän Välimeren auringon alle. Rakkaus työtä kohtaan, kiinnostus arkkitehtuuriin ja intohimo sisustamiseen ovat kulkeneet mukana koko matkan ajan, ja ne näkyvät myös tavassa, jolla Susanna auttaa asiakkaitaan löytämään juuri heille sopivan kodin.
Susanna tuntee Aurinkorannikon alueet poikkeuksellisen hyvin ja hyödyntää omaa kokemustaan Espanjassa asumisesta. Asunnon hankinta ulkomailta on usein yksi elämän suurimmista investoinneista, niin taloudellisesti kuin henkisestikin, siksi asiakkaiden tyytyväisyys, turvallinen ostoprosessi ja aito välittäminen ovat hänen työnsä ytimessä.
Hänen tavoitteenaan on nyt auttaa muita toteuttamaan unelmansa kuten hän itse aikoinaan teki.
